Have you ever fancied becoming more involved with youth football? We are desperately in need of more parents/volunteers to help run the club. The club will provide you with all the support you need.
We are in the situation now of having too many players and not enough coaches to run teams. We have only entered one team into the Under 9 league in the 2010/11 but could have entered two teams.In the 2011/12 season we could i run three more teams than we currently have, we have the players, the pitches, the kit but not enough managers or coaches.
If you want to manage a team we will pay for your FA Level 1 coaching badge and provide a CRB check for you. We have enough players to enter 2 teams in each age range from under 7's to under 10's, we just do not have enough managers or coaches.
If you think running a team is too much commitment why not just volunteer to help occasionally. Any help is appreciated, whether it's collecting subs, writing match reports or helping with training.
