Ross Juniors Football Club receive Renewal of their FA Charter Standard Club Status
The club were delighted to receive the renewal recently of their much valued Chartered Standard Status from the English Football Association. Sharon Milnes, the Clubs under 11 Manager has put many hours in to compiling all the relevant information to present to the FA so that the club received the award.
The award is recognition for Youth Football clubs demonstrating good practice, adhering to FA policy and procedures and it’s commitment to raising standards. Development Status displays a club's determination and commitment to developing their club further.
Ross Juniors for the 2010-11 season will have a Men’s Sunday side, Under 15’s, 13’s, 12’s two Under 11’s, two Under 10’s, two Under 9’s, two Under 8’s and an Under 7’s side. This continual growth has assisted the club in receiving further funding so that better training and match day equipment can be supplied to all players.
The club are planning a club trip to watch England at Wembley in August and regular social events during the season.
